Terms and Conditions
[Metro Scoop Solutions LLC]
Acceptance of service is subject to full review and understanding of these terms and conditions in their entirety. Failure to review these terms and conditions does not waive their applicability.
1. Customer Acknowledgements
Metro Scoop Solutions LLC aims to perform outstanding service for both customers and their pets. In order for smooth, communicative, and successful services to be completed, customers must acknowledge and accept the following statements. Customers who have questions pertaining to anything stated below can fill out a contact form.
2. Dog Waste Removal Services
Prior to the initiation of services, customers will receive a text message notifying them that their Metro Scoop Solutions provider is on the way to complete scheduled services.
Customers must have all pets secured out of the backyard before their scheduled services.
Customers that still have any pets unsecured from the yard will be notified and be given a 5-minute grace period to secure the pets from the yard.
Services will not be completed for customers who have not successfully secured any remaining pets in the yard after the 5-minute grace period and will have to be rescheduled. The customer will receive a text message containing a picture of the loose pets and will be requested to reschedule their service.
Customers who repeatedly fail to secure pets away prior to the time of scheduled services may run the risk of having their services or subscription plan terminated.
Unless stated otherwise in advance by the customer, Metro Scoop Solutions providers will dispose of all secured pet waste in the customer’s assigned outdoor bin at the conclusion of services.
Customers will receive a text message containing a before and after picture of their yard, as well as a picture of the secured gate.
Metro Scoop Solutions LLC is NOT responsible for any pets that leave the property after the conclusion of services.

3. Lawn Deodorizing Services
Access to outdoor water spigots is essential for performing effective and lasting deodorizing services. Customers acknowledge and give permission for the usage of outdoor water spigots by a Metro Scoop Solutions provider in order to wet the yard in preparation for the application of the selected deodorizing spray solution.
Lawn deodorizer is most effective when the lawn remains damp for an extended period of time. The effectiveness or lack of effectiveness of the lawn deodorizer does not implicate an error of application done by Metro Scoop Solutions LLC.
All lawn deodorizers are made by natural and clean ingredients that contain no irritants or chemicals.
Metro Scoop Solutions LLC does not claim that the provided lawn deodorizer will be 100% successful in removing all odors. Effectiveness varies on the type and extent of the odor being produced.
Customers are advised to allow the lawn to completely dry before allowing pets back in the lawn or continuing outdoor activity. Metro Scoop Solutions LLC is NOT responsible for ineffectiveness of yard deodorizer due to incorrect aftercare.

4. Additional Dog Fees
Additional dog fees are required for any customers that have more than two dogs. This is to cover the amount of pet waste that the Metro Scoop Solutions provider will be required to remove.
Customers who refuse to pay the additional dog fee may run the risk of having future services or subscription plans terminated.
5. Properties larger than 5,000sqft
Properties that have a yard space larger than 5,000sqft are subject to additional charges. These charges cover the time it takes for the Metro Scoop Solutions provider to thoroughly cover the yard and remove pet waste.
The additional charge amount varies on the size of the yard and will be clearly communicated to the customer prior to the initiation of services.
Customers refusing to pay the additional charge may run the risk of having future services or subscription plans terminated.
6. Dog Allergies or Food Aversions
Unless stated otherwise in advance by the customer, all dogs will receive a complimentary treat or bone with 100% clean ingredients.
It is the customer’s responsibility to state in advance if there are any known food allergies or aversions that any of their dogs may have.
Customers also have the option to decline dog treats or bones being left for their pets.
Metro Scoop Solutions LLC will provide a substitute for pets with food allergies or aversions when notified of them in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly read all ingredients pertaining to the treat or bone to check for any food allergens or aversions that may be in or may have been exposed to, the dog treat/bone.
Metro Scoop Solutions LLC is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions or irritations caused by a complimentary dog treat or bone.
• If the customer no longer wishes to receive dog treats or bones for their pets at any given time, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Metro Scoop Solutions LLC on the contact form or email Metroscoopsolutionsllc@gmail.com and notify them of this change.
7. Payments
Payments for service subscription plans are due each month on the date of check out.
Payments for singular services are due at the time of check out.
Any late payments will result in the freezing of all services until payment is resolved. There will be no “make-up” services during the time of the service freeze.
It is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any payment issues in order for the continuation of services.
8. Seasonal Promotions and Discounts
Veterans, active military, educators, and senior citizens (65+) are entitled to a 20% discount to all service subscription plans.
Discounts do NOT apply to one-time waste removal or yard deodorizing services.
Customers wanting to qualify for discounts MUST provide valid proof of ID before initiation of services.
Veterans ID
Government ID (Civilian CAC does not qualify)
School ID
Driver’s license
Customers failing to provide valid proof of ID may not receive any discounts for veterans, active military, educators, or senior citizens.
Any questions pertaining to discount qualification can be asked on the contact page.
Seasonal promotions are subject to change in value and frequency upon the discretion of Metro Scoop Solutions LLC.
Discounts and seasonal promotions may NOT be combined at any time.
Customers qualifying for the 20% off monthly service subscription discounts do not qualify for seasonal promotions.
9. Harassment
Harassment of any sort is NOT permitted at any point while being in service with Metro Scoop Solutions LLC.
Customers accused of any form of harassment with verified proof will automatically have all services and/or service subscriptions terminated indefinitely.
Customers are able to report any accounts of harassment from a Metro Scoop Solutions provider by completing the contact form or emailing Metroscoopsolutionsllc@gmail.com.
10. Cancellation of Service Subscriptions
Customers are able to cancel service subscriptions at any given point during their service subscription plan.
Customers acknowledge that even if a service subscription plan is canceled in the middle of the month, remaining services on the subscription plan will still be provided.
Customers who cancel their service subscription plan in the middle of the month, or after any services have been completed, do NOT qualify for any form of refund. Remaining services on the subscription plan will be completed as usual unless the customer states otherwise.
Customers who have signed up for a subscription plan but have NOT had any services on the subscription plan completed, are able to receive a full refund.
Customers can upgrade or downgrade a subscription at any given time, but the new service subscription plan will not be initiated until the following month.
