How Our Services Work

  • 1: Before the time comes for your service, you will receive a text message 30 minutes to an hour in advance stating the name and approximate arrival time of your Metro Scoop Solutions provider. This way, you can know for certain that the person in your yard is supposed to be there (no lurky lues).

  • 2: Upon arrival, your Metro Scoop Solutions provider will take a look into your yard to ensure all pets are securely put away.

  • 3: Your Metro Scoop Solutions provider will thoroughly and efficiently perform the service that you have scheduled.

  • 4: Your Metro Scoop Solutions Provider will take a picture of your refreshed yard and your closed gate. Letting you know that service has been completed, and your pets are safe from escaping and mingling with the neighbors.

  • 5: Your Metro Scoop Solutions Provider will dispose of your secured pet waste directly into your associated outdoor garbage bin (out of sight, out of mind, right?) and exit the premises.

*All Metro Scoop Solutions providers sanitize/disinfect their shoes and equipment in between each service, even if the previous service was just deodorizing. We want to minimize the potential spread of bacteria and diseases from one yard to the next, and maximum your health and safety*
